STEP BY STEP CONSULTATION

STEP ONE: Let’s talk! We want to be sure we know what you need. We will discuss the details below.

  • Specification and Cost Analysis (SCA) Fee

Note: The SCA is a definitive document stating the final costs, allowances, material selections with brand names and all particulars of the project, as agreed upon. Preparation includes evaluation of existing construction, current building codes, and site planning, if needed.


STEP TWO: Measurements will be taken of area to be renovated/remodeled and we will create a set of existing plans and another set which will include changes. Most plans take a day to create. On larger projects, we will bring in an architect or engineer. Then we will provide locations of showrooms for product selections.

STEP THREE: Final design, material and color selections, and the remaining details will be completed. Specialty contractors will be brought in to view the site as needed. We will meet with you to discuss any changes or additions.

STEP FOUR:

  • We will present you with a contract which has been modified to the plans and specifications as discussed and will confirm final plans, materials and colors in detail.
  • Start and Completion Dates will be scheduled.
  • Contract signing with initial down payment
